1. Scope of Relocation Services
Sri Laxmi Packers and Movers provides household shifting, commercial relocation, packing, loading, unloading, and goods transportation services across agreed locations in Telangana and adjacent regions as mutually agreed upon in writing or verified telephonic confirmation.
2. Price Quotations & Scope Changes
All verbal and written estimates are formulated based on the item inventory, floor level, elevator accessibility, and distance communicated by the customer. In the event that additional large furniture, extra rooms, or unforeseen structural carrying difficulties arise that were not disclosed during quotation, revised transportation or labor rates may apply by mutual agreement.
3. High-Value Personal Valuables (Customer Responsibility)
Customers are strictly advised to personally secure and transport high-value items, including but not limited to: gold and jewelry, hard currency, original educational certificates and property deeds, wristwatches, laptops, and essential prescription medications. Sri Laxmi Packers and Movers does not assume custody of cash or personal jewelry.
4. Hazardous & Prohibited Goods
For highway safety and legal compliance, we do not transport flammable liquids, petroleum fuels, open gas cylinders with gas, firecrackers, ammunition, acids, or perishable food items prone to decay during transit.
5. Delivery Inspection & Payments
Upon delivery and unloading at your destination, customers are encouraged to inspect all packed cartons and furniture pieces. Agreed payments are settled upon completion of unloading and placement as per the payment schedule arranged with our coordinator.
